I recently had Thomas Edison come out to diagnose an issue with my outdoor electrical system, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. Will was extremely thorough in assessing the problem and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done to properly fix it. What stood out to me most was his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. I never felt pressured into unnecessary work, and I really appreciated his straightforward approach and willingness to answer all of my questions.

Will did an excellent job installing my Emporia Vue 3 energy monitor. He took the time to route all of the sensor wiring cleanly inside the panel, clearly label everything, and make sure the system was set up and working properly before he left. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-orientated throughout the visit. He repaired the pool GFCI receptacle noted during my home inspection and also identified additional pool equipment that lacked GFCI protection, along with an overheating issue in my exterior electrical panel. I’d absolutely request Will again for future electrical work and highly recommend him.

Both Approved! 🐶🐱⚡️ We could post a bunch of pictures of new wiring, conduit, circuits, boxes and all the other electrical work that was completed at our house…but we figured we’d show you something much more important: approval from the two who are actually in charge around here — Remy & Nala. 😂❤️ George and Cameron were absolutely fantastic. What started as electrical work around our home quickly became correcting years of questionable DIY electrical work left behind by previous occupants. Every time they uncovered another “what in the world did somebody do here?” surprise, they handled it. These guys worked endless hours in some absolutely brutal Florida heat, inside and outside, and never sacrificed quality just to get finished. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and most importantly, committed to making sure things were done correctly and safely. They treated our home like it mattered, and that means a lot to us. And then came the real inspections. 🐶 George received the official Remy seal of approval — complete with being picked up and loved on like they had known each other forever. 🐱 Cameron somehow earned Nala’s approval, which may actually be the more impressive accomplishment. If you know cats, you know that endorsement is not given freely. 😂 Seriously, George and Cameron, THANK YOU. Thank you for the long hours, the hard work, the laughs, and for helping us undo years of electrical “creativity” and make our home safer. We received excellent service from this team. After a downed tree caused a power outage at 7:00 PM, they had a technician at our house by 7:45 PM. While Duke Energy luckily got our power back on that night, our system still needed significant work to get everything back to normal. George was incredibly patient with our questions and walked us through the entire process. He even collaborated with the owner, Marc, to find a solution that kept things as budget-friendly as possible without compromising on safety. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for the customer was highly impressive. They have earned our trust, and we will only be calling them for electrical work moving forward.

Excellent service by Marc and Cameron this morning. Wanted to get estimate and Marc insisted on trying to figure out issue before giving me a quote. In very short order he and Cameron diagnosed the issue as a faulty GFI outlet near the pool equipment and replaced same quickly and efficiently. They are the epitome of professional electricians as they not only fixed my issue but also conducted a survey of all of my electrical breaker boxes. What a fantastic experience with Thomas Edison electric. Marc, George and Cameron are absolutely amazing. From the quick quote and diagnosis from Marc, To George's absolute professional work on my panel and re circuit I just cant say enough positive things. We did find some additional "issues" with the home that I will 100% use Thomas Edison for. What a breath of fresh air these guys are.
